Payment Authorization Terms

3.1. By accepting the Subscriber Standard Terms and Conditions, you hereby authorise Vukanet Internet Services to debit your nominated bank account or Visa/Mastercard any variable amount pertaining to the Service you have selected, on sign up for a calculated pro-rata and thereafter at the beginning of each month. This sum being the amount for settlement of the monthly amount due by you in respect of Services.

3.2. You authorise Vukanet Internet Services nominated agent to debit your bank account or Visa/Mastercard on Vukanet Internet Services behalf (the "authorised party"). The debit authority will remain in force until such Services are cancelled, subject to the condition that you agree that debits related to cancellation notice periods will be honoured before the expiration of the debit authority.

3.3. You agree that the authorised party may freely cede, delegate or assign any of its rights or obligations in terms of this debit order instruction without consent from you and that you may not cede, delegate or assign any of your rights and obligations in terms of this debit order instruction to any third party without the prior written consent of the authorised party.

Mandate

I/We acknowledge that all payment instructions issued by you shall be treated by my/our above-mentioned Bank as if the instructions have been issued by me/us personally.

Cancellation

I/We agree that although this Authority and Mandate may be cancelled by me/us, such cancellation will not cancel the Agreement. I/We shall not be entitled to any refund of amounts which you have withdrawn while this Authority was in force, if such amounts were legally owing to you.

Assignment

I/We acknowledge that this Authority may be ceded or assigned to a third party if the Agreement is also ceded or assigned to that third party, but in the absence of such assignment of the Agreement, this Authority and Mandate cannot be assigned to any third party.
